William (Bill) Mac was the oldest member of the family. His outlook on life was inspirational. Bill was a reader of any written word whether it was a newspaper, bible, book or a periodical.
He encouraged family members to be cautious of their diet due to the different diseases family members had succumbed to. It is a fact at age 90, he was the healthiest of the kinfolk. I never could of imagined that I would not see him in this ravaging year called 2020. He was misdiagnosed at a medical center in Detroit and then transferred to a major hospital. He passed away after being there for over 20 days. I really have not finished grieving because this is time of year where we would be in communication on a regular basis.
When a few family members celebrated with him a few days before his January 1st 90th birthday he was grateful and gracious as always. His only sister’s daughter wrote and read a most profound and truthful tribute to him.
